Signing of Capital and Business Alliance Agreement with Dynamic Engineering Consultants Co., Ltd. in Thailand.

On September 25, 2024, E・J Holdings Inc., the holding company of our EJ Group, acquired a portion of the shares of Dynamic Engineering Consultants Co., Ltd., a Thai civil engineering consulting firm ("DEC") and entered into a share transfer agreement and a shareholders' agreement for a capital and business alliance to expand our sales and develop business in the consulting business in Thailand and the Asian region.
The contract signing ceremony was held in Bangkok, Thailand on October 15, 2024.
Dynamic is a subsidiary of the SEATEC Group, one of Thailand's oldest construction consulting companies, founded in the 1960s. For over 30 years, the company has been providing consulting services in Thailand and overseas in fields such as infrastructure, industry, roads, ports, airport facilities, urban planning, and railways, with particular strengths in structural engineering. Through this partnership, we will leverage our Group's technical expertise and Dynamic's competitive local engineers and extensive sales network in Thailand to collaborate to expand orders in Thailand and expand business beyond Thailand to overseas markets in Asia, Africa, and elsewhere.
